When should I send save the dates?
We recommend sending save the dates 9-12 months before your wedding.

How long does the custom design process take?
Custom wedding invitations take between 3-6 months, depending on scope of project and availability. Once you book with Jenny Lemoine Design, you will secure your spot on our calendar. A timeline will be shared with you to let you know when your project will begin.

How long does the semi-custom design process take?
Semi-custom suites are a great option for the couple who wants a custom feel at a lower price point and faster turnaround. The semi-custom design process takes between 3-6 weeks. During the design process, you will have the opportunity to add custom illustrations and embellishments to elevate your suite.

What wording should I choose?
We have a wording guide that will help guide you in choosing which style best fits your event.

What printing methods does Jenny Lemoine Design offer?
We offer digital, letterpress, and foil printing methods.

How many invitation sets should I order?
We recommend ordering 60-70% of the total guest amount. It is helpful to start making a spreadsheet of guests early on, so you can keep track of the amount of guests and households. Households are the number of invitations that will be sent-you won’t need to send one to every person on your list. We can adjust the final amount before printing.

Do you offer guest addressing?
Yes! We offer printed and calligraphy guest addresses.

Do I get proofs during the design process?
Yes, four rounds of proofs are included with semi-custom and custom invitations. During the process, we ask you check for spelling errors and layout.

Do you have a return policy?
With the nature of customized stationery, I do not offer returns on printed items. However, during the proofing process, there re multiple opportunities to edit and catch mistakes before printing.

What is your shipping policy?
We typically ship USPS priority or UPS once all stationery items have been approved and printed. Insurance is included in shipping-if there are any issues with shipping or damage upon arrival, vendor will work with client to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
